Complimentary Evaluations

You may not be sure if your specific project will benefit from a KeenLook construction document coordination review. The way to find out is to give us a call. If, after the call, you think the review might be helpful but you are not so convinced as to commit to having a review done, then we have the solution for you... a complimentary evaluation (also known as a "sneak-peak").

The only way to fully understand our service is to experience it.

Simply arrange to get two full sets of the drawings and specs sent out to the Nigro Firm, and we'll put a few complementary hours into doing a KeenLook review on your project. If there are any areas that you would like us to focus on, let us know. Otherwise, we’ll use our expertise to determine the items to look at in a spot check coordination review on your documents.

We'll then share with you what we've found. We expect that you will be pleased with the results. In most cases, the people evaluating us are amazed. They often believe that the coordination errors and discrepancies that we've already found in just a few short hours are more than enough to justify the entire fee for a full KeenLook review and they are delighted to then schedule a full review. However, if you are not convinced, then there is zero obligation to you and you will owe us nothing.

Other Ways to Test Us

If you want to "jump in" a little more, you can skip the complimentary evaluation and test us with a small project to keep the review fee low, but to still see the detailed, methodical, and cost-saving service we offer.

If you don’t have a small project ready for review right now, you might want to dig out an old project that you have the original CD’s for to test us with.
