KeenLook Spot Checks

In a KeenLook spot check we proofread or perform a coordination review only on requested areas of concern. This level of review may just check one discipline or one area of a structure... whatever the client requests.

This level of review is helpful after ground breaking to quickly check an area that you anticipate a problem in or can be used to evaluate a designer you have not worked with before. A spot check can also be used to support litigation or forensics or to help a subcontractor prepare a tighter bid.
