KeenLook Review Deliverables

After the Nigro Firm completes a unique construction document KeenLook review for your project based on your budget, schedule and areas of concern, what is returned to you?

At the conclusion of all construction document KeenLook coordination reviews, you will receive a single copy of the reviewed marked-up drawings and specs with a description of the abbreviations used and discussion on how to interpret and read the review comments. On these documents, all conflicts, discrepancies, errors, and omissions found by the review team will marked in red. The benefit of having all review comments on the actual drawings and specs is that there is no ambiguity regarding where the issue occurs.

Furthermore, all reviews will have at least a top-level “Executive” Summary Report. For a complete description of our reports, see KeenLook Review Reports.
