The Nigro Firm previously operated as RediCheck Enterprises, Inc. (and prior to that as RediCheck Enterprises, and prior to that as The Nigro Firm) and often performed as a subcontractor/subconsultant for the RediCheck Associates (i.e., group of “RediCheck” labeled or "brand" companies):

These RediCheck companies have given us the highest compliment by allowing our business to ship the review deliverables (marked up drawings and specs, and summary report) directly to their client whenever possible (in most cases, when we performed 100% of the review).

It is especially nice when one of the RediCheck companies that we worked with, in turn, receive a Letter of Recommendation from their client. For example, three of the Letters shown on the RediCheck Associates web site (included as links here for your convenience), each addressed to a different RediCheck Associate, praise work that the Nigro Firm was involved in:

1. University of Washington: In this letter to the RediCheck Firm, of the 34 projects referred to, the Nigro Firm was a subconsultant on the review of 16 of them. On a prior date, when Natalie spoke to Mr. Jon Lebo, she was pleased to hear him express his recommendation for her, and others on the RediCheck team's, work on the University of Washington projects.
2. Virginia Beach City Public Schools: In this letter to RediCheck International, the Nigro Firm was a subconsultant for 3 of the 16 projects referred to, with one of them (the Virginia Beach School District Plant/Supply Services Relocation project) being reviewed in it’s entirety by the Nigro Firm. 3. City & County of San Francisco: The Nigro Firm was one of the subconsultants (i.e., team members) used by RediCheck Pacific to perform construction document coordination review on the Laguna Honda Hospital Replacement Program. In addition, Natalie attended the debrief meeting to present her firm’s findings.

In January 2008, RediCheck Enterprises, Inc. went back to its original business name, the Nigro Firm, and broke away from the RediCheck Associates, so we could market new and exciting services and explore creative marketing avenues without being restricted to the ever changing limitations of the “RediCheck” brand.

RediCheck Checklist

Often, people ask us if we use the RediCheck Checklist. In the past, when the Nigro Firm operated as RediCheck Enterprises, Inc., we utilized a modified version of the RediCheck system. However, since leaving the RediCheck Associates, we do not use any fixed, static, published, or other known systems or checklists for performing coordination reviews.

With our years of experience and knowledge in coordination review and having the privilege of working with all the independent businesses who are a part of the RediCheck Associates group, each with their own distinct way of doing things and their own modified RediCheck checklist(s), we have gained the ability to customize a unique construction document review for your project based on the particulars of your project as well as your budget, schedule and areas of concern. Each project is different and cannot be served adequately by the limits of a predefined system or checklist.
